One of the watershed moments for me in my gaming life. I still remember playing this game for the first time and stepping out of the crashed vessel onto the planet's surface. Mind-blowing...truly Unreal experience....the atmosphere even to this day is masterclass

I am just not a fan of the Alpha Labs. The whole thing feels like a slog, the enemies it introduces are not particularly interesting to fight and pacing-wise the game would have been better for it without them.

Wow happy Birthday Doom 3!!! Still remember going on the internet with dial-up looking for any screenshots I could find to download anticipating its release and getting very sad that our home PC couldn't run it when I finally saw the requirements for it lol....I was 17 then. Love your channel from South Africa!

Out of principle I had to dislike this vid because of the 1080p 60fps and fancy ass looking textures. Sorry :(

I hope the death status bar face turns into a skull and crossbones! Edit: it would have made more sense imo to have a puckle gun or some earlier rotary cannon instead of an 1800s gatling gun. Any firearms experts aware of anything similar to a gatling that might have been around in the late 1600s?

There's no purple card for me there?! 👀👀 Ah, okay. Luckily you don't need it at all. But damn, that's an interesting bug. I guess it didn't spawn for me, cause I used canisters to bridge the the electrocuted water part ages before realising you would eventually deactivate it later on. LOL!

Seen playthrough of the BFG Edition but will watch this ... not bad game at all and you rock on FPS playthroughs !

The thing that makes this game unbearable to me is that as soon as I get hit, the camera freaks out. Not that alone, but when paired with the fact that the wnemies don't slow down or flinch at all when they're shot just feels jank. At least that's how I remember experiencing it. Either impact feedback for both or none.
